Showcase to Ideas

So you finally decided on a gift for him, now what? How about introducing some fun sports or hobby related items to your custom gift wrapping? In essence, add unique layers of interest to what would normally be a dull and traditional gift wrapped box with a bow. This project will show everyone who sees it how easily you can spice up a plain wrapped gift that your loved one is sure to enjoy.

This project is all about the details.

You will need the following supplies:

Step 1 - Begin by measuring and cutting your themed wrapping paper. You can also use plain colored wrapping paper and stamp a sports or hobby related theme pattern on to your paper using different colored ink. I opted for a decorative solid colored single sheet store bought wrapping paper.

Step 2 - Wrap your paper around the gift, and secure with scotch tape.

Step 3 Wrap fishing stringer line around the center of your box or package and secure with a knot.

Step 4 Attach rubber fish to the hooks.

Step 5 Run your fishing line thru the hooks. Next secure your fishing line to the metal ends of the fishing stringer Your unique gift wrapping is complete and you are now ready to show it off to your loved one.
